Agreement

Using nailscleanspro.com or placing a NailsCleanPro order means you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not order. We may update this page and the date at the top shows when we last did.

Orders and prices

Prices are in US dollars and shown before you confirm. An order is an offer to buy; the contract forms when we send the dispatch confirmation. If a price is listed in obvious error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full rather than fulfil it.

You must be at least 18 to order. Products are for personal use, not for resale.

Using the site

Do not attempt to break, scrape at scale, overload or interfere with this site, and do not use it to send anything unlawful. We may refuse service to anyone doing so.

Our content

The NailsCleanPro name, the logo, the label design, the photography and the text on this site belong to Northline Topicals. You may quote a short passage with a link back. Copying whole pages onto another site is not permitted.

NailsCleanPro is a cosmetic topical product for nails and the surrounding skin. Nothing on this site is medical advice or a diagnosis, and nothing here should replace a conversation with a qualified clinician about your own health.

To the extent the law allows, our liability in connection with a product or this site is limited to the amount you paid for the order in question. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota, and the courts of Minnesota have jurisdiction over any dispute.
