A veteran formulator and a stubborn problem

Our founder spent nineteen years formulating topicals for other people's labels before starting Northline Topicals in 2019. The push to build NailsCleanPro came from a family member who had spent two years and a lot of money on nail products that arrived in a jar, needed a brush, and got used enthusiastically for eleven days before ending up at the back of a drawer.

That was the actual problem worth solving: not the ingredient list, which everybody in this category has some version of, but whether a person would still be doing it in month four. So the brief was narrow. It had to go on without touching it. It had to dry fast enough to put socks straight back on. It had to reach between the toes, not just across the top of the nail. Everything else was negotiable.

The spray format came out of that brief, and so did the bottle size. A 1 oz / 50 mL pump covers about 30 days of twice-daily use, which is a month, which is the unit people think in.

Why we sell NailsCleanPro direct and nowhere else

We fill, pack and ship every NailsCleanPro order ourselves from Rochester. There is no wholesale channel and no marketplace listing, which loses us volume and is worth it for two reasons. The first is stock age: an oil-based botanical formula sitting in an unknown warehouse for eighteen months is not the product we tested. The second is the guarantee. When there is one seller and one order record, a 60-day refund is a two-email conversation instead of an argument about provenance.

If you find NailsCleanPro on Amazon, eBay or Walmart, it is not from us. We did not create the listing, we do not know how the bottle was stored, and we cannot refund it.

Our quality standards

NailsCleanPro is produced for us in a GMP-certified facility in the United States, and bottling and labelling happen domestically as well. Each production run is checked for identity and fill accuracy before it is released to our warehouse, and we hold retention samples from every run.

Two things we do not do. We do not print a per-ingredient milligram split, because the manufacturer does not publish one and we are not going to invent it. And we do not claim third-party certifications we cannot show you. What we can show you is the label, the address, the phone number and the refund policy, which is more than most pages in this category put in writing.
